This 13cm Japanese Chef or 'Santoku' knife is a more compact version of the large knife in our range of professional kitchen knives. The word ‘Santoku’ refers to the three cutting tasks – chopping, dicing and mincing - which the knife performs well. An excellent general all-purpose knife to use for many jobs.
